Whitelist Instructions

How to Whitelist Email from Hyptalk.com and Victoria M. Gallagher for AOL, Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, & More

To ensure that the email we send you ends up in your inbox, and isn’t mistakenly sent to the junk folder, please whitelist our email address, which is orders@hyptalk.com.

Below is information on how to whitelist us with AOL, Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, ThunderBird and Postini. Even if your ISP or email program is not listed, with these instructions you should be able to figure out how to whitelist our email address at any ISP or with any email program.

Also, if you find an email from orders@hyptalk.com in your spam or junk folder, please take that opportunity to tell your mail program that it is not spam by hitting the “not spam”, “not junk” or similar button, as that will train your program to whitelist it.

AOL

To add orders@hyptalk.com to your AOL address book:
1. First, if you find an email from us in your AOL spam folder, open it, select the “More” drop-down box and select Move to Inbox
2. Open up the email from us in the inbox folder, select the Hyptalk.com or Victoria M. Gallagher name at the top.
3. A drop-down box will open and click the “Add Contact” button.
4. Fill in the “First Name” label box and click “Add Contact.” 

Yahoo

To whitelist orders@hyptalk.com with Yahoo!
1. First, if you find an email from us in your Yahoo! Spam folder, open it and click “Not Spam.”
2. Click the “help” pull-down menu on the top right-hand corner and select “Settings.”
3. Select “Filters” on the left-hand sidebar.
4. Select “Add” on the next window
5. In the “Filter Name” field, type in your preferred filter name, such as “Hyptalk” or “Victoria M. Gallagher.”
6. Select the “From header:” rule, and add “contains” and orders@hyptalk.com, which tells the system to put email with orders@hyptalk.com in your inbox and not the spam folder.
7. Click the “Choose Folder” pull-down menu and select ‘Inbox’ and select “Save.”
8. Next, click save on the following page to return to your emails.

Hotmail

To whitelist our address with Hotmail you will need to add orders@hyptalk.com to your Hotmail Safe List. Here’s how:
1. First, if you find an email from us in your Hotmail junk folder, open the email and click “Not Junk.”
2. Next, check to see if the email address orders@hyptalk.com is on your Blocked Senders list. If you find orders@hyptalk.com on your Hotmail blocked senders list, select it and click on the “Remove” button.
3. Next, open your mailbox and click “Options” in the upper right-hand corner.
4. At the top of the page, click on the “Junk E-mail Protection” link.
5. Next, click on “Safe List”, which is down near the bottom.
6. Copy and paste orders@hyptalk.com where it says “Type an address or domain”
7. Click the “Add” button.

Gmail

To whitelist orders@hyptalk.com with Gmail:
1. First, if you find an email from us in your Gmail spam folder, select our email and click the “Not Spam” button.
2. Click on the little down-pointing-triangle-arrow next to the search bar.
3. In the From field, type in: orders@hyptalk.com.
4. Select “Create filter with this search” in the bottom right-hand corner of the drop-down box
5. Then select “Never send it to spam.”
6. Click “Create filter.”

Microsoft Outlook Web

To whitelist our address with Hotmail you will need to add orders@hyptalk.com to your Hotmail Safe List. Here’s how:
1. First, if you find an email from us in your Hotmail junk folder, open the email and click “It’s not spam.” 
2. Next, check to see if the email address orders@hyptalk.com is on your Blocked Senders list.
3. Click the settings gear icon on the upper right-hand side and select “Options” from the menu that has appeared.
4. On the left-hand side, menu bar under “Junk email” select “Blocked Senders” and you will see the senders you have blocked. If you find orders@hyptalk.com on your Hotmail blocked senders list, select it and click the “Remove” button. 
5. Next, open your mailbox and click the settings gear icon on the upper right-hand side and select “Options” from the menu that has appeared.
6. On the left-hand sidebar click “Safe Senders.” 
7. Type in “orders@hyptalk.com” in the box that appears and select the plus sign
8. At the top of that page click “Save.”

Microsoft Outlook 2010

To whitelist our address in Outlook 2012 you add orders@hyptalk.com to your Safe Senders List. Here’s how:
1. Right-click on the message from Hyptalk.com or Victoria M. Gallagher (or any email from a sender you want to whitelist).
2. From the drop-down list, select Junk E-mail.
3. Select Add Sender to Safe Senders List.
4. Click OK.

Thunderbird

To whitelist in Thunderbird, you will need to add orders@hyptalk.com to your address book and then set up your Thunderbird Junk Mail Controls to whitelist your address book.
1. Click the “Address Book” button at the top of the inbox 2. On the left-hand bar select “Personal Address Book” 3. Select “New Contact” 4. Copy and paste orders@hyptalk.com in the email text box  5. Select “OK.” 

Apple Mail for OS X

1. First, if email from orders@hyptalk.com ends up in your junk folder, highlight or open it and click “Not Junk” at the top of your screen.2. Go to Mail > Preferences from your Mail menu.3. Go to the Rules tab.4. Select Add Rule.5. Give this rule a name such as “Hyptalk.”6. Create a rule that says “If any of the following conditions are met: ‘From’ ‘Contains’” and then paste in “orders@hyptalk.com.”7. From the actions, select ‘Move message’ to mailbox ‘Inbox’.8. Click “OK.” Høyde Dexnex
